Salesforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and present Salesforce solutions tailored to clients' strategic business and technical needs

• Work in collaboration with program managers, technical colleagues, and business stakeholders

• Spearhead implementation initiatives

• Deliver architectural designs and solution strategies

• Oversee program management and solutions architecture for Salesforce applications

• Carry out additional job-related responsibilities as assigned

• Must meet pre-employment qualifications set by Cherokee Federal

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• A minimum of five years of overall work experience

• Experience in the IT sector, emphasizing Salesforce and/or projects involving no-code/low-code platforms, DevSecOps, and technical architecture

• At least three years of experience in architecting Salesforce production enterprise applications

• Proven experience in program oversight and solutions architecture for Salesforce applications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management

• Strong skills in relationship management

• Experience with comprehensive Salesforce implementation

• Familiarity with Agile and Iterative implementation methodologies

• Knowledge of fundamental SFDC architectural concepts and their impact on design

• Experience in deploying solutions that incorporate Experience Cloud

• Experience in assessing Salesforce alongside third-party solutions

• Background in integration styles, architectural styles, and patterns

• Solid understanding of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies

• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools

• Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working at a desk and using a computer; may occasionally require standing or moving within the office

• Preferred Salesforce Certifications, including Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant or Experience Cloud Consultant
