This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Design and align the enterprise architecture with the business strategy and objectives.

• Define architectural models and guidelines to develop scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.

• Analyze current processes, capabilities, and structures to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.

• Drive IT Governance and Data Governance initiatives.

• Apply frameworks and best practices of enterprise architecture.

• Support business and technological transformation initiatives by connecting business needs with technological capabilities.

• Interact with departments and stakeholders to understand needs, generate proposals, and facilitate strategic decisions.

• Contribute to the definition of strategies, governance models, capability evolution, and decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Over 5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, or related roles.

• Experience in the banking or financial sector, participating in architecture, business transformation, or technology projects.

• Experience working with IT Governance and Data Governance models.

• Experience in analysis and improvement of processes, capabilities, and operational models.

• TOGAF — Expert.

• Enterprise Architecture — Expert.

• IT Governance — Expert.

• Business Transformation — Expert.

• Knowledge of DAMA and data management frameworks.

• Proficiency in enterprise architecture modeling tools.

• Strategic thinking and systemic vision.

• Ability to connect strategy, processes, people, data, and technology.

• Effective communication and ability to relate to different areas and levels of the organization.

• Analytical skills, decision-making criteria, and results orientation.

• English proficiency at B2 level.

• Job requirements: Software Architecture — Expert.

• English — C1.

• Spanish — Native.
