This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Enhance sales and customer satisfaction while providing support to private practice orthodontists in the Northwest U.S. region.
• Cultivate customer relationships, determine necessary solutions, and adopt a commercial mindset.
• Propel profitable sales growth and optimize sales revenue within a specified territory.
• Develop, sustain, and elevate existing accounts and prospects.
• Create a customer experience that aligns with customers’ growth aspirations.
• Identify, target, and convert prospective accounts and new business opportunities with private practice orthodontists.
• Prepare and uphold territory business plans, sales forecasts, and a budget for sales promotion activities.
• Evaluate current performance and anticipate when changes are required.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Market Communications on marketing launch strategies and new product sales goals.
• Attend and represent Angel Aligner North America at customer events as necessary.
• Keep updated on clinical studies and scientific literature that support the advantages of Angel Aligner products.
• Travel frequently, including overnight stays, for customer engagements and industry and corporate events.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in high-growth corporate markets.
• Previous aligner sales experience with Orthodontists as the primary contact.
• Expertise in consultative selling; familiarity with the Challenger technique or similar approaches is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.
• Capability to work collaboratively with regional team members and independently.
• Strong integrity, high ethical standards, and adherence to professional conduct codes.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly, logically, and persuasively.
• General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
• A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and maintained auto insurance coverage.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Frequent travel, including overnight trips, for customer visits and significant industry and corporate events.
• Remote-based position.
• Auto insurance coverage is required as part of the job prerequisites.
