This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the designated territory and enhance sales through both existing and new clientele.
• Expand customer base and increase market share.
• Perform customer analysis to identify business needs and opportunities.
• Develop sales pipelines, ensuring progression and continuous activity.
• Execute cold calls and conduct on-site visits to achieve and surpass individual and team objectives.
• Make a minimum of 30 cold calls each day, schedule 5 meetings daily, and conduct 2–3 meetings per day.
• Adapt and implement the Company's sales strategy effectively.
• Maintain an expert-level knowledge of all products offered.
• Inform customers about the product range, device indications, efficacy, safety, and their specific needs.
• Perform product demonstrations while following Company protocols.
• Build, develop, and sustain positive business and customer relationships.
• Regularly visit all accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete the entire sales cycle, including contracts, quotes, and terms in compliance with Company guidelines.
• Address issues as they arise when necessary.
• Ensure the integrity of Salesforce CRM data through regular updates.
• Generate reports and participate in required calls and meetings.
• Assist with customer-site installations according to Company methods, specifications, policies, and procedures.
• Achieve sales targets set through annual and quarterly budgets.
• Provide timely forecasts and sales reports.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Clinical Training, and other departments.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Director.
• BA/BS University Degree or equivalent educational background in business or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of outside business-to-business sales experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical aesthetics sales is required.
• Background in selling lasers, RF, and/or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons, and Med Spas.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and driving growth.
• Exceptional cold calling, sales, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong relationship-building skills with prospects and customers.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all internal departments.
• Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with solid interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
• Must possess a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel mainly within the territory, with some travel across North America and internationally as required.
• Ability to travel overnight within the territory, a minimum of 3 nights per week depending on the territory.
• Capability to travel outside the territory for national trade shows, training, and other events.
• Willingness to relocate for potential growth opportunities.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
