This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee the designated territory and enhance sales by engaging with both existing and prospective customers.
• Expand the customer base and increase market share.
• Perform customer analysis to identify business needs and potential opportunities.
• Create and manage sales pipelines, ensuring consistent progression and activity.
• Make at least 30 cold calls daily, schedule 5 meetings each day, and conduct 2–3 meetings daily.
• Implement the Company's sales strategy effectively.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all product offerings.
• Inform customers about the product range, device indications, effectiveness, safety, and benefits to customers.
• Carry out product demonstrations in accordance with Company protocols.
• Build, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with business and customers.
• Regularly visit accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete the entire sales cycle, including contracts, quotes, and terms, escalating issues as needed.
• Ensure the integrity of Salesforce CRM data through regular updates.
• Prepare reports and participate in necessary calls and meetings.
• Assist with customer-site installations in line with Company methods, specifications, policies, and procedures.
• Achieve sales targets set by annual and quarterly budgets.
• Provide timely forecasts and sales reports.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Clinical Training, and other teams.
• BA/BS University Degree or equivalent educational background in business or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical aesthetics sales is required.
• Proven experience selling lasers, RF, and/or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons, and Med Spas.
• Demonstrated success in meeting quotas and driving sales growth.
• Exceptional cold calling, selling, and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to establish relationships with prospects and customers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong ability to collaborate with all internal departments.
• Self-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.
• Must possess a vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel primarily within the territory, with occasional travel across North America and internationally as necessary.
• Ability to travel overnight within the territory, at least 3 nights per week depending on the territory.
• Flexibility to travel outside the territory for national trade shows, training, and other events.
• Willingness to relocate for potential growth opportunities.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings as required.
