Area Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Sign, maintain, and enhance relationships with independent and franchise dealerships within the designated territory.

• Increase UACC’s market presence by fostering dealer relationships and utilizing The Fast Lane dealer portal.

• Make an average of over 70 outbound calls daily to dealers in the assigned regions.

• Sign 3 to 5 new dealerships each month while retaining and expanding contracts funded through existing dealer relationships.

• Train dealers on how to utilize The Fast Lane portal for submitting applications, restructuring deals, and switching units.

• Act as a subject matter expert on UACC programs, policies, and ancillary products.

• Work collaboratively with credit, funding, titles, and dealer compliance teams to address dealership concerns.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to dealer clients, ensuring 24/7 availability.

• Availability to work Saturdays as required.

• Self-driven, energetic, and engaging personality.

• Strong work ethic and motivation with the capability to work independently.

• High level of objectivity with a willingness to accept feedback and adapt to change.

• Previous experience in a demanding sales role is preferred but not essential.

• Experience in auto finance, external sales roles, and independent/franchise dealerships is preferred but not essential.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
