This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Collaborate with physicians in the sleep, cardiac, and respiratory sectors to achieve sales objectives while enhancing product awareness and education.
• Conduct structured ride-alongs with sales representatives 3 to 4 days per week.
• Mentor representatives on clinical messaging, relationship management, and advanced sales strategies.
• Prepare formal reviews after each ride-along session in the field.
• Attend lunches, networking events, health fairs, and clinical in-services.
• Deliver daily tactical support, operational guidance, and manage the local territory effectively.
• Set performance goals and quotas for sales representatives.
• Analyze field performance metrics to uncover market opportunities and identify performance gaps.
• Ensure CRM compliance and maintain accurate visibility and tracking of the sales pipeline.
• Hold weekly conference calls with representatives who are underperforming.
• Create and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly performance evaluations.
• Engage in the recruitment and assessment of new sales representatives.
• Provide training and onboarding support for new hires.
• Assist with termination processes when needed.
• Help plan and implement team-wide sales meetings and weekly conference calls.
• Resolve local account issues, billing discrepancies, and customer service challenges.
• Ensure that field activities comply with corporate policies and healthcare regulations.
• Elevate unresolved high-level issues to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the VP of Sales and/or CEO.
• Must reside in one of the following states: CA, AZ, OR, WA.
• A highly motivated, energetic, and experienced professional.
• Background in sales and education related to durable medical equipment, respiratory devices, and sleep products.
• Capability to conduct structured ride-alongs and coach sales representatives on clinical messaging, relationship management, and advanced sales techniques.
• Proficiency in analyzing VGM metrics, pipeline velocity, and account penetration.
• Knowledge of CRM compliance and data integrity management.
• Skill in conducting performance reviews and developing performance improvement plans.
• Ability to engage in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
• Familiarity with ensuring compliance with healthcare industry regulatory standards.
