This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Meet sales revenue targets within the designated territory.
• Work collaboratively with team members from commercial and cross-functional departments to fulfill corporate goals.
• Act as the primary contact for comprehensive commercialization, including sales, support, and program management for HistoSonics technologies.
• Create and implement business strategies for the assigned geographical area.
• Facilitate clinical and technical product demonstrations.
• Present and negotiate terms for capital acquisition options, pricing, and conditions.
• Conduct post-sales installation, implementation, support, and adoption activities.
• Enhance and sustain clinical, technical, and business expertise.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and target market developments to formulate competitive strategies.
• Maintain strategic business plans for the territory and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Cultivate relationships with clinical, economic, and strategic stakeholders.
• Assist customers in clinical adoption, proficiency, satisfaction, and outcomes.
• Engage in trade shows, industry conferences, business development, and educational initiatives.
• Adhere to regulatory and AdvaMed guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related Healthcare field.
• At least 7 years of sales or clinical experience in the medical device sector.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in disruptive capital equipment sales.
• Proven track record of establishing and nurturing strong sales relationships.
• Must fulfill all hospital credentialing prerequisites, including background checks, drug screenings, and certain immunizations.
• Must be insurable and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness and ability to travel by automobile or air, including day trips and overnight stays, more than 75% of the time.
• Experience in consultative sales within complex multi-stakeholder processes.
• Capable of strategic thinking and action.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in managing professional relationships positively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Strong customer service capabilities.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 20 pounds for short durations.
• Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods.
