This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serve as a representative of the company to automotive dealers in the designated market area.
• Increase the company's market presence by onboarding new dealers.
• Nurture and enhance relationships with existing dealers.
• Raise awareness and promote the adoption of the company’s lending programs.
• Provide education to dealers on all facets of the company’s lending programs and how to optimize their benefits.
• Collaborate with operational teams to secure quality business from current dealers and boost program usage.
• Grow and develop the assigned territory by identifying and signing up new dealerships.
• Conduct regular visits to dealers, perform cold calls, and respond to incoming dealership inquiries.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and dealer retention.
• Complete and submit necessary documentation to monitor and evaluate set goals.
• Promote teamwork with colleagues and management to fulfill business plan objectives.
• Engage in special projects as required.
• Undertake additional duties as directed by the company or management.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in auto finance, specifically in sub-prime auto financing.
• At least three (3) years of sales experience within the automotive sector.
• Familiarity with the local market and established customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of taking initiative, identifying needs, proposing improvements, implementing recommendations, and assessing their effectiveness.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to influence others, resolve conflicts, exercise sound judgment, manage sensitive and confidential information, engage across all organizational levels, and build cross-functional collaborations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in computer skills and knowledgeable in internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Capability to rapidly learn new computer applications as needed.
• Commitment to embodying the organization's core values and key competencies.
• Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple conflicting priorities.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Capability to work from a home office.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including by vehicle and air, up to 75% of the time, with overnight travel and extended hours.
• Ability to communicate effectively and listen to exchange accurate information.
• Close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
