This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Serve as a representative of the company to automotive dealers within the designated market area.
• Increase the company's market presence by onboarding new dealers, nurturing existing partnerships, and enhancing awareness and use of the company's lending programs.
• Guide dealers on all facets of the company's lending offerings and optimize program benefits for their dealerships.
• Collaborate with operational teams to secure quality business from current dealers and boost program engagement.
• Develop and enlarge the assigned territory by locating and signing new dealerships.
• Conduct regular dealer visits, initiate cold calls, and respond to incoming dealership inquiries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and dealer loyalty.
• Complete and submit documentation to monitor and evaluate set objectives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to reach business plan goals.
• Engage in special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in auto finance, with a preference for sub-prime auto financing experience.
• At least three (3) years of sales experience, preferably within the auto industry.
• Familiarity with the local market and established customer relationships is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of taking initiative, identifying needs, suggesting improvements, implementing changes, and assessing outcomes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others, manage conflicts, use sound judgment, handle sensitive information, interact across all organizational levels, and build cross-functional relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to adjust in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer skills and familiar with standard business applications such as Microsoft Office, with a quick aptitude for learning new software.
• Commitment to the organization's core values and essential competencies.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work from a home office.
• Willingness to travel extensively by vehicle and air, approximately 75% of the time, including overnight stays and extended hours.
• Ability to communicate effectively and exchange accurate information.
• Close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer screen, and extensive reading.
