This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Serve as a representative of the company to automotive dealers in the designated market area.
• Increase the company's market share by onboarding new dealers.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing dealers.
• Boost awareness and utilization of the company’s lending programs.
• Provide education to dealers regarding all facets of the company's lending programs and how to optimize their benefits.
• Collaborate with operational teams to secure quality business and enhance program engagement.
• Discover and onboard new dealerships to strengthen and grow the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular dealer visits, initiate cold calls, and respond to incoming dealership inquiries.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and dealer retention.
• Complete and submit necessary documentation to monitor and evaluate set objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to meet business plan goals.
• Engage in special projects and undertake additional tasks as needed.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in auto finance, with a preference for sub-prime auto financing experience.
• At least three (3) years of sales experience, preferably within the auto industry.
• Familiarity with the local market and established customer relationships is preferred.
• Self-driven with a proven ability to take initiative, identify needs, propose improvements, see those proposals through to execution, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others, manage conflicts, exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive and confidential information, engage with all organizational levels, and foster cross-functional partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills and a solid understanding of the internet and standard business applications like Microsoft Office.
• Quick to learn new computer applications.
• A commitment to embodying the organization's core values and key competencies.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple conflicting priorities.
• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Capability to operate from a home office.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including by vehicle and air, with travel anticipated to be 75% of the time, including overnight trips and extended hours.
