This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Formulate and implement strategic business plans to meet territory sales and utilization goals.
• Oversee the entire sales process, encompassing prospecting, capital program discussions, contract negotiations, implementation, and post-sale support.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Comprehend customer requirements and align solutions with both clinical and business objectives.
• Conduct clinical and technical product demonstrations, provide physician education, and support case activities.
• Work in partnership with sales leadership, clinical teams, and professional education to enhance customer implementations and market growth.
• Perform customer business reviews.
• Assist in the development of Centers of Excellence, referral education, and market awareness initiatives.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge in products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Positively contribute within a matrixed team setting.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 4 years of experience in medical device sales.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales processes that involve multiple healthcare stakeholders.
• Strong clinical understanding and the ability to convey technical and disease-state information to physicians.
• Demonstrated success in influencing customers and promoting adoption in hospital and ASC settings.
• Exceptional customer relationship management and collaboration capabilities.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High levels of integrity and professionalism; capable of performing effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Open to coaching and ongoing professional growth.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and communicate efficiently with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in regulated environments in compliance with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.
• Comfortable in supporting live patient cases and using necessary protective equipment.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time or more.
