This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet sales and utilization targets for the territory.
• Oversee the entire sales process, which includes prospecting, engaging in capital program discussions, negotiating contracts, implementing solutions, and providing post-sale support.
• Establish and nurture relationships with both clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Comprehend customer needs and align solutions with their clinical and business objectives.
• Lead product demonstrations, provide education to physicians, and support case activities from a clinical and technical perspective.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, clinical teams, and professional education to facilitate customer implementations and market development efforts.
• Conduct business reviews with customers.
• Assist in developing Centers of Excellence, providing referral education, and enhancing market awareness initiatives.
• Maintain a high level of expertise in product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Contribute positively within a collaborative team environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in medical device sales is necessary.
• Proven ability to manage intricate sales processes that involve multiple healthcare stakeholders.
• Strong clinical knowledge and the capability to effectively communicate technical and disease-state information to physicians.
• Demonstrated success in influencing customers and promoting adoption in hospital and ASC settings.
• Excellent skills in customer relationship management and collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
• High integrity and professionalism; able to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Open to coaching and committed to continuous professional growth.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and communicating effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in regulated environments adhering to ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 standards.
• Comfortable providing support for live patient cases and wearing necessary protective equipment.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more.
