This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and implement sales initiatives within the designated territory in alignment with sales objectives, KPIs, strategies, standards, and protocols.
• Facilitate and execute sales efforts of regional cross-territory teams based in the territory.
• Manage accounts, focusing on key accounts.
• Drive new business acquisition and customer development through effective project and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with distribution partners.
• Provide product and application training to distributor sales teams and end users as needed.
• Document account activities, sales activities, and pipeline data through C4C.
• Develop sales plans, budgets, and forecast anticipated revenue.
• Monitor sales activities and conduct regular reviews with Sales Management using C4C.
• Consistently report outcomes.
• Assist internal teams by sharing insights on market and cleaning business trends while communicating customer needs and requirements.
• Work in partnership with Key Account and Customer Group Management on designated customer projects.
• Fulfill defined reporting obligations, such as SCM reporting.
• Engage in local and national exhibitions.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including accounts and customers.
• Collaborate closely with CIC and Logistics on customer service matters.
• Relevant educational background, preferably in economics.
• Experience in managing a sales territory, which includes route optimization, customer visits, collaboration with distribution partners, and customer relationship management.
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Proven track record in selling explainable and high-quality products and systems.
• Familiarity with the professional cleaning industry.
• Proficient in using Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
• Experience in digital communication platforms, including Teams and LinkedIn.
• Outstanding verbal communication abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills.
