Area Sales Manager – Aftermarket

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Assist in the growth and development of aftermarket sales within the BENELUX region.

• Establish and nurture relationships with authorized distributors, OEMs, and key accounts.

• Perform regular customer visits, which may include overnight travel across the region.

• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams based in Terrassa and Leuven to create customized solutions for clients.

• Engage with potential new clients while upholding relationships with current customers.

• Contribute to regional strategies that align with overarching team objectives.

• Partner closely with distributors to facilitate their growth and ensure a favorable customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales within B2B industrial settings.

• Self-driven, quick-thinking individual with a proactive approach to managing time and tasks effectively.

• Proficient in French, Dutch, and English.

• Background in industrial air filtration, aftermarket sales, or related fields is preferred.

• Experience with indirect sales channels and distributor partnerships is advantageous.

• Familiarity with customer-specific applications and consultative sales techniques is preferred.

• Candidates from other countries must comply with the applicable export control regulations of their nation and those of the United States.
