This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.
• Create and implement quarterly business strategies to achieve capital system sales, procedural growth, and disposable revenue objectives.
• Develop and sustain strategic territory plans that encompass account segmentation, funnel management, forecast updates, and launch prioritization.
• Cultivate relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, value analysis stakeholders, and economic decision-makers.
• Facilitate product, technical, and clinical discussions and demonstrations to support the evaluation, conversion, and adoption of Monarch Urology.
• Articulate value propositions and collaborate with sales leadership on pricing, program terms, and commercial strategies.
• Coordinate post-sale installation readiness, training, launch support, and adoption strategies.
• Assist customers in meeting clinical, operational, and economic objectives while enhancing utilization and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Regional Business Director and Clinical Representative on referral education, account development, and utilization enhancement.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Monarch Urology products, kidney stone treatment workflows, customer economics, and competitive market dynamics.
• Comply with company policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide case support, education, and customer coordination in hospital and procedural environments.
• A bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical device sales, business-to-business sales, or a related field is necessary for entry-level roles.
• Preference for candidates with 4 or more years of experience for more senior positions.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in capital equipment sales, complex medical sales, or a similar background is preferred.
• Ability to learn and effectively communicate technical product information, clinical concepts, and economic value to physicians and economic stakeholders.
• Strong skills in business planning, forecasting, opportunity management, and account strategy development.
• Experience in urology, endourology, robotics, or sales within operating room settings is preferred.
• Capability to work in hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments, including participating in live patient cases and utilizing necessary protective equipment.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel, up to 75% within the designated territory.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate in a regulated environment while adhering to applicable quality and healthcare industry standards.
