This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.
β’ Formulate and implement quarterly business strategies aimed at achieving sales targets for capital systems, procedural growth, and disposable revenue.
β’ Establish and maintain a comprehensive territory strategy, encompassing account segmentation, funnel management, forecast updates, and prioritization of product launches.
β’ Cultivate relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, value analysis stakeholders, and economic decision-makers.
β’ Facilitate product, technical, and clinical discussions and demonstrations to support the evaluation, conversion, and adoption of Monarch Urology solutions.
β’ Articulate value propositions and collaborate with sales leadership on pricing, program conditions, and commercial strategies.
β’ Oversee post-sale installation preparation, training, launch assistance, and adoption planning.
β’ Assist customers in meeting their clinical, operational, and economic objectives while promoting utilization and satisfaction.
β’ Collaborate with the Regional Business Director and Clinical Representative on referral education, account development, and growth of utilization.
β’ Maintain expert-level knowledge of Monarch Urology products, kidney stone treatment workflows, customer economics, and competitive landscape.
β’ Ensure operations comply with company policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
β’ Provide case support, education, and customer coordination in hospital and procedural environments.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical device, business-to-business sales, or a related field is necessary for entry-level roles; 4 years or more is preferred for senior positions.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in capital equipment sales, complex medical sales, or equivalent is preferred.
β’ Proven ability to learn and convey technical product information, clinical concepts, and economic value to physicians and economic stakeholders is required.
β’ Strong skills in business planning, forecasting, opportunity management, and account strategy are mandatory.
β’ Capability to work in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments, including participation in live patient cases and adherence to required safety gear, is essential.
β’ Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight, up to 75% within the designated territory is required.
β’ A valid driver's license is necessary.
β’ Ability to operate in a regulated environment while adhering to applicable quality and healthcare industry standards is required.
