This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +4 more states.
• Formulate and implement quarterly business strategies to meet targets for capital system sales, procedural growth, and disposable revenue.
• Create and sustain a strategic territory plan, which includes account segmentation, management of the sales funnel, updates on forecasts, and prioritization of launches.
• Cultivate relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, stakeholders in value analysis, and economic decision-makers.
• Facilitate product, technical, and clinical discussions and demonstrations for the evaluation, conversion, and adoption of Monarch Urology.
• Articulate value propositions and collaborate with sales leadership regarding pricing, program terms, and commercial strategies.
• Oversee post-sale installation readiness, training, launch support, and plans for adoption.
• Assist customers in achieving their clinical, operational, and economic objectives while enhancing utilization and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Regional Business Director and Clinical Representative on referral education, account development, and growth in utilization.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Monarch Urology products, kidney stone treatment workflows, customer economics, and competitive dynamics.
• Adhere to company policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide case support, education, and coordination for customers in hospital and procedural environments.
• A bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical device sales, business-to-business sales, or a related field is necessary for entry-level positions.
• Preferably, 4 or more years of relevant experience for more senior roles.
• A minimum of 2 years in capital equipment sales, complex medical sales, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Capability to learn and convey technical product information, clinical concepts, and economic value to physicians and economic stakeholders.
• Strong skills in business planning, forecasting, opportunity management, and account strategy.
• Experience in urology, endourology, robotics, or selling in operating room settings is preferred.
• Ability to operate in hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments, including participation in live patient cases and use of necessary protective equipment.
• Must be willing to travel extensively, including overnight trips, up to 75% within the assigned territory.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to function in a regulated environment in accordance with relevant quality and healthcare industry standards.
