This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Professionally and warmly answer all incoming calls within three rings, adhering to Auberge Collection's call quality and brand standards.
• Manage shared email inboxes by crafting personalized guest quotes and following up to ensure proper booking curation.
• Meet and surpass monthly individual and team conversion and revenue objectives.
• Ensure Hub occupancy is adequately covered to maintain a call abandonment rate of 4% or less.
• Address guest challenges and special requests by collaborating with other departments and Reservations Leadership.
• Seek outbound revenue opportunities through the lead management system.
• Keep abreast of communication and hotel information.
• Ensure prompt and appropriate follow-up with guests.
• Maintain comprehensive notes and comments in the lead management system and PMS regarding guest requests.
• Uphold rate integrity under revenue management strategies, including collaboration with agents.
• Work alongside the Leisure Sales Specialist on leisure inquiries and shared email inbox management.
• Assist in the manual entry of VIP and Marketing reservations.
• Complete month-end and Deposit Ledger reconciliations as necessary.
• Maintain a shop-call standard of 80% or higher and share best practices with Reservation Agents.
• Contribute to maximizing hotel room revenue and occupancy.
• Participate in reservations sales training, familiarization trips, and departmental meetings.
• Oversee daily tasks and engage in the completion of the Reservations Checklist.
• Execute other duties as assigned by Reservations Leadership.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Opera, Revinate, HMS, Synxis, Google, and Microsoft Suites.
• Availability to work midweek, weekends, and holidays.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in direction, routine, and scheduling.
• Ideally, two years of experience in a hospitality or reservations role at a luxury resort.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and colleagues as part of a team.
• Skill in identifying the caller's needs and responding to ensure their satisfaction.
• Competence in processing written requests for various reservation types.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding all guest and resort information.
• Strong organizational skills, concentration, clear thinking, and follow-up capabilities while managing multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail, ability to remain calm under pressure, and process requests swiftly and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a remote setting with a quiet, dedicated workspace, free from distractions, and reliable high-speed internet access.
• Candidates must reside in CT, FL, KY, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, UT, or TN.
