This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Foster customer engagement and enhance sales performance through impactful in-person interactions within rare cardiac accounts.
• Establish compliant relationships with healthcare providers in cardiology, multidisciplinary care teams, and office personnel across designated accounts.
• Communicate approved promotional and disease-state messages to encourage appropriate usage of Rare Cardiac products.
• Leverage product, disease, and market expertise to uncover opportunities, prioritize accounts, and facilitate patient discovery and referral pathways.
• Aid patient access by offering information regarding prior authorization requirements, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs, eliminate access barriers, and further Rare Cardiac business goals.
• Utilize digital tools and insights for planning, executing, and optimizing activities within the Rare Cardiac territory.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory and stay overnight as required based on territory size and business demands.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree accompanied by 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, marketing, or relevant healthcare provider experience.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or similar impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• Must live within a reasonable distance from all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Ability to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, preferably in Cardiology or Hospital settings.
• Preferred: Strong knowledge of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes.
• Preferred: Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Preferred: Proven business acumen, data-driven decision making, and strategic thinking skills.
• Preferred: Strong capability in digital engagement (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom).
• Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
