This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Foster customer engagement and enhance sales performance through effective in-person interactions within rare cardiac accounts.
• Establish compliant relationships with cardiology healthcare providers, multidisciplinary care teams, and office personnel across assigned accounts.
• Communicate approved promotional and disease-state messaging to promote appropriate use of Rare Cardiac products.
• Utilize product, disease, and market insights to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and facilitate patient finding and referral pathways.
• Provide information regarding prior authorization requirements, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources to enhance patient access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, eliminate access barriers, and advance the objectives of the Rare Cardiac business.
• Employ digital tools and insights to plan, implement, and refine activities within the Rare Cardiac territory.
• Travel to all accounts and office locations within the designated territory.
• Stay overnight as needed, depending on the territory's size and business requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree coupled with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of pertinent work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or related therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid US driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will render you ineligible for hire.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, ideally in Cardiology or Hospital settings.
• Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes.
• Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and influential accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making capabilities, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in digital engagement tools, such as Veeva Engage and Zoom.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available presently or in the future.
• Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
• Field-based remote work arrangement.
• Overnight stays as required based on territory size and business needs.
