Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of Promotional Specialists to implement on- and off-premise sampling initiatives.

• Oversee daily market execution, manage staffing for promotions, coach specialists, and uphold client standards.

• Serve as the local point of contact for client field marketing efforts.

• Collect client and industry intelligence and report on competitive activities.

• Staff on-premise, off-premise, and special events as required.

• Perform spot checks to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Address performance issues and resolve conflicts for part-time specialists.

• Manage inventories of promotional materials and client assets.

• Provide guidance, set expectations, and offer feedback to enhance execution.

• Conduct debriefing sessions and share insights with management.

• Monitor and audit daily budget expenditures.

• Complete expense reports, oversee budgets, maintain event calendars, and track performance against goals.

• Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain accurate reporting information.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the adult beverage industry is preferred.

• Knowledge of on/off-premise marketing strategies is a plus.

• Previous experience with a promotional agency is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, time management, and organizational skills are essential.

• Capability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• Access to a smartphone is necessary.

• Ability to lift and transport promotional materials and event assets as required.
