Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Supervise all concierge service operations in the designated area

• Sign contracts for new concierge services

• Oversee housekeeping and maintenance teams

• Coordinate with service providers

• Ensure satisfaction for both owners and guests

• Enhance occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and the quality of listings

• Act as a local representative of the ALB brand and boost its visibility

• Handle owner inquiries via the ALB platform

• Optionally recruit City Managers under your guidance and earn commissions from their performance

• Ability to persuade property owners and establish trust

• Strong motivation and self-sufficiency

• Background in real estate, sales, or a related field is advantageous

• Interest in the independence of self-employment supported by a structured network

• Willingness to create a steady income stream over the long term
