Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee all concierge operations in the designated area as an independent operator.

• Expand the portfolio by entering into new concierge service agreements.

• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams.

• Coordinate with service providers.

• Ensure satisfaction for both owners and guests.

• Enhance occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and listing quality.

• Represent the ALB brand within the local community and elevate its profile in the region.

• Address owner inquiries within the assigned area and manage operations via the ALB platform.

• Optionally recruit sponsored City Managers and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Background in real estate, sales, or a related field is beneficial.
