This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Lead a team of Area Business Managers within the division to cultivate customer trust and demonstrate value in a business-to-business sales environment.
• Create divisional business plans that delineate business targets by product types, customer segments, and contracting modalities.
• Oversee the acquisition, expansion, and retention of targeted customer accounts.
• Propel the execution of ABM customer plans utilizing omnichannel promotion and analytical resources.
• Assist in assessing and prioritizing business opportunities across Pediatrics, Family/General Practice, IDN/IHNs, Health Systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
• Achieve account performance objectives through comprehensive account plans that align with regional goals.
• Leverage account and territory data to formulate actionable plans and conduct business evaluations.
• Aid teams in navigating complex contracting and pricing strategies.
• Establish and monitor territory performance metrics, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Mentor and train team members to uncover business opportunities and establish key contacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on account-related projects and initiatives.
• Present partnership opportunities to the Hospital and Strategic Accounts team and coordinate their execution.
• Share insights and strategic information regarding customers with other teams.
• Recruit, select, train, and mentor team members.
• Foster employee morale and motivation while supporting the career development of ABM team members.
• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in business-to-business and/or healthcare sales.
• At least 3–5 years of first-line pharmaceutical sales leadership experience.
• Internal candidates must have successfully completed an internal leadership development program such as ELP, demonstrating leadership experience in any field.
• Capability to cultivate strong professional relationships for scientific exchange and promotion with healthcare providers.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a proven commitment to coaching and the development of personnel.
• Ability to build cohesive teams and act as an inspirational/motivational leader.
• Competence in collaborating, influencing peers, and educating management on account requirements.
• Excellent customer-facing skills with demonstrated negotiation abilities.
• An inclusive and diverse perspective in talent development, promotions, team dynamics, and cultural considerations.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the division, including overnight and weekend trips.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• An advanced or master's degree is preferred.
• Specific knowledge in vaccine sales or buy-and-bill processes, distribution, administration, and reimbursement is preferred.
• Experience with product launches within the last 4 years is preferred.
• Familiarity with organized customers and executive value propositions for acute care or vaccine products is preferred.
• Understanding of managed-market dynamics and competitive landscapes in acute care and/or vaccines is preferred.
• Exposure to or experience in Sales Training, Customer Solutions, Sales Operations, Managed Care, or Marketing is preferred.
