This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and uphold SiGe Plans for various construction projects.
• Create site-specific rules, advance notifications, and occupational health and safety documentation tailored to each project.
• Meticulously document safety-related requirements, measures, and consultations.
• Conduct quality assurance on documentation to guarantee completeness, traceability, and technical feasibility.
• Assist in coordinating safety-related matters among clients, design stakeholders, contractors, and other project partners.
• Monitor pending items, deadlines, and actions as part of SiGe coordination.
• Organize consultations, project meetings, and materials for decision-making.
• Engage with internal departments and external contacts effectively.
• Offer technical assistance regarding construction site safety, occupational health and safety, and health coordination.
• Evaluate project-related information to determine suitable protective measures.
• Provide construction expertise for assessing risks, processes, and organizational needs.
• Assist in creating templates, standards, and digital processes in the realm of SiGe coordination.
• A completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a similar technical field; alternatively, a construction-related qualification with relevant practical experience.
• A solid technical understanding of construction planning, site management, architecture, civil engineering, or SiGe coordination.
• Experience in preparing, editing, or technically reviewing SiGe Plans.
• Proficient German language skills.
• A well-structured approach to work.
• Confident in the use of digital tools.
• A qualification as a Safety and Health Coordinator in line with the German Construction Site Ordinance and RAB 30 is a plus.
• Desirable practical experience with construction site regulations, advance notifications, or occupational health and safety documentation.
• Knowledge of coordinating construction projects, design stakeholders, or contractors would be advantageous.
