This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Craft high-quality prompts in Arabic across various sensitive topics.
• Generate natural and culturally suitable content in the Arabic language.
• Create realistic scenarios with diverse wording, tone, and complexity.
• Ensure linguistic accuracy and contextual relevance in all content.
• Review prompts and conversations in alignment with structured evaluation criteria.
• Consistently categorize content according to established standards.
• Evaluate sensitive and potentially dual-use information.
• Identify cases that require nuanced judgment.
• Detect adversarial phrasing and patterns of escalation.
• Recognize attempts to bypass established safeguards.
• Analyze how wording and conversational context influence meaning.
• Clearly flag pertinent concerns.
• Assess the naturalness and contextual appropriateness of Arabic-language content.
• Utilize cultural knowledge to interpret wording, tone, and implied meanings.
• Identify linguistic ambiguities that may impact classification.
• Provide succinct explanations that support evaluation decisions.
• Document the reasons why specific prompts or conversations align with defined criteria.
• Consistently apply guidelines while exercising professional judgment.
• Clearly communicate nuanced decisions in written English when necessary.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail throughout repeated review tasks.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic.
• Business-level proficiency in written English.
• A completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree.
• Strong written reasoning and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Sound judgment in handling sensitive or dual-use information.
• Comfortable applying structured guidelines to ambiguous content.
• Experience in reviewing, grading, or evaluating written or technical content is a plus.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, red teaming, or adversarial testing is advantageous.
• Candidates located in Saudi Arabia or the broader MENA region are especially encouraged to apply, though applicants from other locations are also welcome.
• Work must be conducted without utilizing confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, institution, or other third parties.
