Appraisal Coordinator, V&A Infrastructure Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on taxes, zoning regulations, and assignment details

• Gather data utilizing various applications and online resources

• Address inquiries from appraisers regarding research and report findings

• Monitor the status of ongoing projects

• Assist in analyzing extensive sets of qualitative and quantitative data

• Engage with local government agencies and appraisers to secure confirmation, clarification, or guidance on matters related to taxes, zoning, and permits

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant industry experience

• Understanding of commercial real estate principles, including property assessments and taxes

• Familiarity with zoning laws and property valuations

• Capability to understand new but fundamental real estate concepts

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel)

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Skill in tracking and disseminating pertinent information to colleagues and leadership

• Aptitude for proactively resolving issues and eliminating barriers
