Appraisal Coordinator – V&A Infrastructure Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support IPG team members with research focused on right-of-way and eminent domain issues

• Collect data and perform thorough research

• Monitor projects and their respective statuses

• Compile information utilizing various applications and online resources

• Address inquiries from appraisers regarding research and report data

• Analyze extensive sets of qualitative and quantitative data

• Communicate with local government entities and appraisers to secure confirmation, clarification, or guidance on taxes, zoning, and permitting information

• Disseminate pertinent information to colleagues and the leadership team

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a related industry

• Understanding of commercial real estate concepts, including property assessments and taxes

• Knowledge of zoning regulations and property valuation

• Capability to comprehend new but fundamental real estate concepts

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel)

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Capacity to track and communicate relevant information to colleagues and the leadership team

• Ability to proactively identify solutions and eliminate obstacles

• Skill in collaborating within a team setting
