Applied AI Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as the principal technical strategist integrated with clients.

• Take ownership of the comprehensive design for AI-driven business transformation initiatives.

• Grasp customer domains, systems, and OKRs/KPIs to inform solution design.

• Develop and document AI-driven workflows, agents, skills, and system integrations.

• Establish partnerships with customer stakeholders as a technical liaison.

• Connect pre-sales/customer success with engineering teams.

• Design modular, scalable solutions that can be reused across different customers and sectors.

• Collaborate with Applied AI engineers to supervise implementation.

• Assist pre-sales efforts by scoping opportunities, determining technical requirements, and evaluating feasibility and effort.

• Monitor emerging trends in AI, software integration, and business transformation.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to performance, security, and compliance standards.

• Engage onsite with customers to promote adoption and deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in solution architecture or consulting roles aimed at enterprise-scale, customer-facing software implementations.

• Practical experience with generative AI tools, AWS, GCP, or Azure, along with contemporary integration patterns such as APIs, webhooks, and pipelines.

• Deep understanding of customer priorities and the ability to convert business needs into actionable technical plans.

• Skill in creating scalable and future-ready architectures.

• Capacity to explain complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proficient with project planning tools and methodologies; capable of managing multiple solution tracks and timelines.

• Ability to define and measure success through OKRs, KPIs, and concrete business outcomes.

• Experience with SaaS or enterprise platforms, including principles of extensibility and multi-tenant design.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Willingness to travel approximately 80–90% to client sites.

• Advanced degrees or certifications in AI or architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe are advantageous.
