This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gather user insights regarding the deployment of rental stores and the overall experience of end-customers.
• Conduct onsite training for customers, focusing on safety and deployment best practices.
• Develop and maintain an applications database.
• Execute onsite product sales demonstrations.
• Relay end-user feedback to the Product Engineering team.
• Collaborate with the Service team to offer in-field support and update equipment as necessary.
• Coordinate with Assembly and Production teams as needed.
• Partner with Engineering for new product development and the identification of new applications.
• Carry out responsibilities safely and effectively in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Operate ANA service vehicles in a safe manner.
• Communicate information and documentation via a work computer and phone.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance at all times.
• Enhance professional knowledge through continuous study of ANA products.
• Contribute to fostering a positive team spirit on a daily basis.
• Travel up to 75% across North America.
• Execute other assigned tasks as needed.
• Implement and deploy ANA Hybrid Energy Systems.
• Provide foundational product training and assist with initial setup and installation.
• Conduct comprehensive product service and sales training as needed.
• Gather and document application information and load data utilizing load monitoring devices.
• Stay at customer sites as necessary to comprehend applications, challenges, and pain points, providing feedback to Product Engineering.
• Share both successful and unsuccessful application, use-case, and hookup-scenario insights with Product Development.
• Collaborate with Sales to showcase Hybrid Energy Systems and relay application, performance, and customer feedback.
• Report to the Lead Applications Technician within the Energy Sales team.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience with generators is required.
• At least 2 years of foundational knowledge in electrical systems is required.
• Graduation from a Trade School with a focus on engines and mechanical systems is preferred.
• Graduation from a Trade School specializing in generators and electrical systems is preferred.
• An Associate degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Generator Job site Hookup is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction, telecom, and/or event rental is preferred.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 75% within North America and to customer sites across the United States.
• Strong understanding of electronics and electrical safety is essential.
• Experience with diesel engines and power generation is necessary.
