This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver telephone and remote clinical application support to both internal and external clients for Patient Care Monitoring Systems.
• Provide comprehensive clinical application support for patient monitoring solutions.
• Resolve intricate clinical application challenges utilizing advanced remote access technologies.
• Handle escalations until a resolution is achieved.
• Offer on-site assistance during critical customer incidents as required.
• Take ownership of issue resolution to enhance customer satisfaction and company profitability.
• Accurately submit individual scorecards in a timely manner.
• Ensure thorough and accurate data entry in the necessary systems.
• Utilize call center tools to track responsiveness and fulfill service level expectations.
• Oversee company assets, including training, tools, equipment, travel, and expenses, in accordance with company policies.
• Provide structured feedback and recommendations for product improvements to product management.
• Act as a clinical subject matter expert and a collaborative team member.
• Evaluate complex clinical issues, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with Technical Support Engineers on action plans.
• Share insights and knowledge with colleagues and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to knowledge-based tools and complete all necessary product and clinical training.
• Take charge of individual development planning with leadership and identify opportunities for growth.
• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or Medical Technology is mandatory.
• Must be registered and in good standing with the relevant credentialing body.
• At least five (5) years of clinical experience is preferred.
• A minimum of three (3) years in a clinical phone support environment is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and prioritization skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Advanced understanding of clinical applications within Patient Monitoring is required.
• Scheduled on-call availability will be necessary.
• Capability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodations.
• US work authorization is a prerequisite for employment.
