Application Systems Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze, support, and maintain enterprise business applications to guarantee optimal performance and availability.

• Act as the main point of contact for designated applications and business units.

• Diagnose and resolve application issues, system errors, and performance challenges.

• Conduct root cause analysis and apply corrective measures.

• Provide Tier II application support to end users.

• Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to address complex technical problems.

• Monitor application health, availability, and performance utilizing enterprise monitoring tools.

• Configure and uphold enterprise applications based on business needs.

• Assist with application deployments, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

• Engage in software implementation and system integration projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Public Trust clearance.

• DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT Level II) Certification is required.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 3–5 years of experience in supporting enterprise business applications, systems analysis, or application administration.

• Familiarity with Flexera FNMS (FlexNet Manager Suite).

• Experience in supporting commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and/or custom applications.

• Proficient in troubleshooting application and system issues.

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
