This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Provide support for the CMiC application in various modules including Finance, Job Costing, Project Management, Procurement, and Payroll.
• Identify and resolve configuration issues, data discrepancies, workflow disruptions, and process errors.
• Aid end users in navigating CMiC, understanding module functionalities, and answering business process inquiries.
• Differentiate between user errors, configuration challenges, and application defects.
• Troubleshoot and fix access-related issues, including user account lifecycle management, role assignments, and permission settings.
• Maintain and support integration points between CMiC and related systems such as Textura, Concur, Prophix, CorPay, DocuSign, and ClearStory.
• Utilize SQL to explore issues and verify outputs.
• Assist with downstream analytics or reporting platforms such as Power BI.
• Record issues, root causes, and resolutions in an organized knowledge base.
• Recognize recurring patterns that necessitate permanent solutions or process enhancements.
• Provide support to project, finance, and operations teams utilizing the CMiC platform.
• BA/BS in Information Technology, Business, Construction Management, or a related discipline, along with 2 years of relevant experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Experience in supporting or administering a construction ERP platform, with a strong preference for CMiC experience.
• Familiarity with similar systems such as Viewpoint, Procore Financials, Sage 300 CRE, or the like will also be considered.
• Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write queries, analyze data, and confirm results in a relational database setting (Oracle or SQL Server).
• Knowledge of CMiC modules, including Financials, Job Costing, Project Management, and/or Procurement.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to trace issues from the user interface back to data or configuration root causes.
• Skilled in collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders, communicating effectively in both directions.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available at this time or in the future.
• Required to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening.
• Must participate in an in-person onboarding on Day 1 at an AECOM office location.
