This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Enhance revenue and profitability by acquiring new business opportunities and further developing existing client relationships.
• Regularly engage in face-to-face interactions with customers to cultivate robust relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
• Comprehend intricate customer needs for the preparation of tailored quotes.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations while ensuring that technical specifications are fulfilled.
• Provide assistance with on-site troubleshooting for customer issues.
• Collaborate with local clients to identify, quote, engineer, and finalize product and solution sales.
• Offer technical support as necessary.
• Coordinate with vendor resources to establish relationships and bolster sales efforts.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Generally requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Typically necessitates industry and sales experience.
• Familiarity with industrial products, including power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other industrial items.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient understanding of fundamental sales principles and best practices.
• Capability to influence customers while preserving positive relationships.
• Initiative to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time effectively.
• Competence in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Travel is required.
• Availability to be on-call during nights or weekends may be necessary, depending on demand.
