📋 Description

• Collaborate with colleagues and management to proactively oversee technology solutions for clients.

• Assist both existing and new clients by guiding them through processes, engaging with stakeholders, addressing issues, and training users on system setup, administration, and maintenance.

• Conduct business analysis through gap analysis, root cause analysis, business process assessments, documentation, and requirements gathering.

• Comprehend client business processes and configure applications to align with their needs and established best practices.

• Take ownership of user acceptance testing and change management procedures.

• Develop user documentation and finalize handover materials for support personnel.

• Recognize opportunities to suggest additional products and services that cater to client requirements.

• Assist Project Managers with engagement contracts, escalation of bottlenecks, and updates on project progress.

• Provide services efficiently to achieve project milestones and optimize resource utilization.

• Offer subject matter expertise to R&D and operational teams by understanding client needs, market trends, and business practices.

• Serve as a liaison between Operations, R&D, and clients while becoming an expert on the product and a consultant for client processes.

• Aid CayOps initiatives aimed at enhancing the daily operations of existing clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of the utility customer (meter to cash) life cycle.

• Familiarity with utility Customer Information System (CIS) processes and functionalities.

• Excellent influencing, coaching, and communication skills (both written and verbal) at all organizational levels.

• Experience collaborating with both business and IT teams.

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within North America.

• Possess a current, valid passport.

• Legally eligible for international travel, including holding passport-based visa exemptions or necessary travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.

• Preferred experience in delivering software implementations within the utility sector.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to work at all levels within the client organization.

• Knowledge of SQL and experience in system configuration is advantageous.

• Proficient with AI-enabled technologies, including copilots, chat-based AI assistants, and automation tools.

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Technology Management, or Management Information Systems is a plus.
