Application Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Diagnose, maintain, enhance, and provide continuous support for current Epic applications

• Address intricate application challenges and guarantee dependable system performance

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support new functionalities and modules within applications

• Collaborate with business owners, vendors, and technical teams to create effective solutions

• Analyze clinical and operational workflows while assessing business requirements

• Suggest system improvements that align with organizational policies and operational necessities

• Support application projects, upgrades, security initiatives, system optimization efforts, and module rollouts

• Maintain precise documentation and testing procedures

• Cultivate expertise across designated Epic applications

• Offer technical guidance, resolve issues, and provide production support to end users and stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• EpicCare Ambulatory Certification

• Epic Security certification or relevant experience in Security is preferred

• Epic Kaleidoscope certification or related experience is preferred

• Familiarity with Outpatient Rehabilitation, Dermatology, and Bones Epic Knowledge Tracks is preferred

• Experience in supporting Epic clinical applications, including troubleshooting, configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization

• Knowledge of clinical workflows, business analysis, and application support in a healthcare setting

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the potential for additional hours as necessary
