This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Configure, manage, and secure application instances and environments.
• Oversee user provisioning, role-based access, secrets and certificate management, logging and monitoring, as well as platform upgrades.
• Develop and sustain workflows, rules, forms, and integrations for Appian, Power Automate, and related platforms.
• Take ownership of release pipelines for application modifications.
• Plan and carry out upgrades, patches, and vendor releases.
• Collaborate with enterprise TRB/CAB processes to reduce risk and downtime.
• Create operational dashboards, health checks, and alert systems.
• Lead incident and problem management efforts to meet or surpass SLAs.
• Maintain integrations between CLM systems, ERP, export tools, legal portals and trackers, and ServiceNow request flows.
• Ensure compliance of DNS, identity, network, and data flows with enterprise standards.
• Work with AD/PKI, Borderless, GSOC, and Messaging services.
• Convert business requirements from Legal Operations, Global Trade, Ethics, and Security teams into secure, maintainable configurations.
• Produce runbooks, SOPs, and user documentation.
• Provide specialized training to super users and coordinators.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in administering enterprise business applications with a focus on configuration, workflow, and integration.
• Strong knowledge of change, incident, and problem management processes.
• Comfortable working within TRB/CAB governance frameworks.
• Proficient in scripting or low-code configuration for platform automation and data quality.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to collaborate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Practical experience with implementing controls aligned to NIST 800-171 and CMMC standards.
• 3+ years of technical experience with an export management system application.
• 3+ years of experience delivering solutions using SDLC methodology within an Iterative Waterfall or Agile Scrum project management framework.
