Android Engineer – Creative App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop the Creative App for Android, delivering ElevenLabs' audio AI to millions of users.

• Launch features that seamlessly integrate with AI-driven audio models.

• Identify key areas for targeted investments or gradual enhancements to advance the product.

• Collaborate closely with design, product, and research teams.

• Contribute to defining the app's architecture and technical strategy.

• Utilize experimental findings and data to draw insights and inform product decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in native Android development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

• Proven history of launching features that boost user engagement.

• Experience in designing and executing A/B tests and leveraging data to decide future developments.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

• Capable of providing structure when necessary.

• Experience managing performance, quality, and responsiveness in a production application.

• Bonus: background in audio playback or streaming on Android.

• Bonus: experience in building mobile infrastructure for build, test, and release pipelines.

• Preference for candidates who can operate within GMT to GMT+4 time zones.
