This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +2 more countries.
• Design, develop, and sustain data models, dashboards, and reports to facilitate a range of programs and projects across various domains.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to establish clear and transparent processes.
• Handle extensive data sets and create DBT models that function as the definitive source for reporting and AI initiatives.
• Document and uphold internal knowledge base articles and business definitions to enhance accuracy for the internal AI platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost-reduction projects that yield high returns on investment.
• Deliver information and decision-making support to teams, uncover insights, democratize knowledge, and monitor the performance and progress of company products.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, at a professional level.
• At least 1 year of experience in data extraction and processing using SQL.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with DBT.
• At least 1 year of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
• Experience in facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Skilled in utilizing AI to develop solutions and resolve issues.
• Bonus points for experience in constructing semantic layers and knowledge bases for AI, though this is not mandatory.
