Analytics Consultant – Alteryx, Knime

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collect client requirements through prototyping and refine them throughout engagements.

• Implement consulting projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality results.

• Manage client expectations with weekly status updates and proactive feedback sessions.

• Work collaboratively with clients to create scalable and robust analytics solutions using KNIME, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, Python, and other data sources.

• Develop standard workflows, components, data applications, and automated reports in KNIME.

• Design standard workflows, analytical applications, reusable macros, and automated reports in Alteryx.

• Coordinate with project leads to oversee team schedules and provide project timelines to the Analytics Project Manager, sales team, and leadership.

• Collaborate with sales to identify new opportunities and facilitate account growth and expansion.

• Partner with marketing to identify consultants for pertinent blog posts and webinars.

• Mentor associate consultants and encourage their professional development.

• Promote organic growth of accounts and relationships, including extensions and new business opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-6 years of relevant experience and/or demonstrated expertise in data analytics and visualization platforms.

• Proficiency in data preparation using KNIME or Alteryx, or alternative tools like Matillion, Dataiku, or Coalesce.

• Proven ability to create scalable and durable analytics solutions.

• Demonstrated expertise in data fluency and effective communication with business users.

• Knowledge of SQL and experience in utilizing data warehouses, data marts, and/or data models.

• Exceptional customer-facing skills, including effective communication and project management.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a commitment to learning and mastering new technologies, techniques, and procedures.

• Advanced-level certifications in both KNIME and Alteryx.

• Preferred: 2+ years of consulting experience in delivering solutions using Alteryx or KNIME.

• Preferred: Experience connecting to data sources such as SAP, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Databricks, and SharePoint.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Python and/or R scripting.
