Analytics and Reporting Analyst

📋 Description

• Carry out assigned responsibilities and monitor performance of essential CHE metrics

• Assist with basic analytical requirements for the Comprehensive Health Evaluation program

• Utilize SQL to retrieve data and query data warehouses like Snowflake and GCP BigQuery

• Create basic summarized views and operational reports using Excel and Tableau

• Manage the monthly production and distribution of both ad hoc and standard CHE reports

• Perform quality assurance on reports and data extraction to guarantee the accuracy of metrics

• Work in collaboration with clinical subject matter experts, IKC Operations, and the Model of Care team

• Recognize clinical questions that can be addressed through data analysis

• Persistently enhance technical skills, understanding of data systems, and healthcare analytics concepts

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Public Health, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative discipline

• Over 1 year of experience in using SQL for basic data extraction and querying tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with or a strong eagerness to learn Tableau and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and GCP BigQuery

• Excellent critical thinking abilities, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail

• Effective communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders

• Capability to lift 2–15 pounds unassisted

• Ability to sit for long durations, with some standing, stooping, walking, stretching, reaching, and lifting

• Competent in using a computer and peripherals for extended periods

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills necessary to fulfill the essential functions of the role
