Analyst, Outreach Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Coordinate outreach efforts to ensure members effectively utilize their health plan benefits

• Guarantee that members receive essential clinical services

• Enhance health outcomes for members within the Medicaid or Medicare populations

• Address member inquiries in person, by phone, and through written communication

• Assist with Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) quality improvement initiatives

• Aid in meeting regulatory and contractual obligations, including outreach to members who are noncompliant

• Facilitate accurate medical record collection for HEDIS medical record review and the abstraction of supplementary data

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in member outreach, healthcare marketing, or health education

• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with data

• Ability to work autonomously with a keen attention to detail

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• More than 2 years of experience using a personal computer, including keyboard navigation, multiple systems and applications, as well as MS Office Suite applications like Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel

• High School Diploma (REQUIRED)

• Experience with QuickBase (PREFERRED)

• Familiarity with QNXT (PREFERRED)

• Experience in project management (PREFERRED)

• Analytical experience (PREFERRED)
