Analyst – Outreach Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Facilitate outreach to members to promote effective utilization of health plan benefits

• Ensure that members receive essential clinical services

• Enhance health outcomes for members within the Medicaid or Medicare demographics

• Address member questions in person, over the phone, and in writing

• Assist with Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) quality initiatives

• Comply with regulatory and contractual obligations, including outreach to members who are not compliant

• Aid in the capture of medical records for HEDIS medical record review and the abstraction of additional data

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in member outreach, healthcare marketing, or related health education roles

• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience

• A minimum of 1 year working with data

• Capability to work autonomously with a strong attention to detail

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities

• Over 2 years of experience with personal computers, keyboard navigation, managing multiple systems and applications; as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

• High School Diploma (MANDATORY)

• Experience with QuickBase (preferred)

• Familiarity with QNXT (preferred)

• Project management experience (preferred)

• Analytical experience (preferred)
