Analyst, Outreach Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Oversee member outreach to guarantee the effective utilization of health plan benefits.

• Ensure that members receive critical clinical services.

• Enhance health outcomes for members within the Medicaid or Medicare demographic.

• Address member inquiries in person, via phone, and through written communication.

• Assist in Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) quality initiatives as well as regulatory and contractual obligations.

• Perform outreach to members who are noncompliant with designated outreach services.

• Facilitate effective medical record documentation for HEDIS medical record review and the abstraction of supplementary data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in member outreach, healthcare marketing, or related health education roles.

• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.

• Over 1 year of experience working with data.

• Capability to work independently while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• More than 2 years of experience in using personal computers, keyboard navigation, and managing multiple systems and applications, including proficiency in MS Office Suite applications such as Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• High School Diploma (REQUIRED).
