Analyst, ESG Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Effectively and professionally engage with clients.

• Assist project managers during client meetings.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs and maintain client satisfaction.

• Create GHG inventories, establish science-based targets, devise emissions reduction strategies, and undertake other technical project tasks.

• Perform materiality assessments, benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, and develop sustainability strategies.

• Aid clients in aligning with CSRD, SEC, IFRS, GRI, SASB, TCFD, and various sustainability reporting frameworks or regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with technical and project management teams.

• Produce high-quality deliverables while ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion of projects.

• Remain updated on sustainability and ESG reporting trends, regulations, and technical standards.

• Assist project leads in adhering to quality scopes of work within specified timelines and budgets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of relevant work experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in sustainability, energy management, engineering, or a related area.

• Proven experience in conducting technical assessments, including greenhouse gas inventories.

• Complete fluency in English, with professional proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

• Strong communication skills, encompassing report writing and oral presentations.

• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills; capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in working with data.

• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and database management systems.

• Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.

• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• A Master's Degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
