This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete process of matching clients with industry experts.

• Ensure the delivery of expert insights is timely and of high quality.

• Facilitate coordination between clients and experts across different regions.

• Assist with market research, benchmarking within industries, and competitive analysis.

• Convert client needs into well-structured research outputs.

• Offer clear and actionable insights to aid decision-making.

• Support ongoing client engagement and the execution of projects.

• Handle client requests effectively and ensure seamless delivery of results.

• Contribute to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and responsiveness.

• Collaborate with internal global teams across various time zones and stakeholders.

• Aid in the efficient execution of client deliverables in a remote working environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, research, recruitment, client servicing, or related fields.

• Strong command of the English language (mandatory).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient analytical thinking and research skills.

• Capability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, target-driven setting.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.

• Interest in consulting, market dynamics, and business strategy.

• Background check required for future new joiners receiving a conditional offer.

• Must adhere to Lynk's restriction on trading Restricted Securities in personal trading accounts.
