Analyst, Advisory Services

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Advisory consultants to enhance performance within healthcare systems.

• Execute billable tasks for clients.

• Engage in teams to assess client requirements, analyze and interpret data, evaluate solutions, develop presentation materials, and aid in implementation.

• Identify challenges, formulate hypotheses, plan and conduct interviews, perform analyses, and distill insights and recommendations.

• Develop cohesive presentations tailored for diverse audiences and support change implementation.

• Contribute to team deliverables and presentations throughout all stages of projects.

• Foster working relationships with Premier and client teams.

• Achieve utilization targets for client billable projects.

• Create value through client engagement, data analytics, insights, and project involvement.

• Participate in activities aimed at practice development.

• Acquire knowledge of Premier-based technologies and services.

• Fulfill required annual training.

• Gather data, coordinate analyses, initiate interpretations and conclusions, and prepare both verbal and graphic presentations.

• Generate billing revenue through assigned analyses, reports, and support for implementation.

• Define business requirements through client interviews and document their wants and needs.

• Prepare presentations and deliverables for clients, effectively communicating strategy and outcomes.

• Identify and relay potential market opportunities and leads to managers.

• Deliver project content.

• 0 or more years of relevant experience.

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).

• Understanding of market trends and key competitor activities.

• Proficient negotiation skills.

• Effective strategies for closing sales.

• Strong networking abilities.

• Knowledge of the client and healthcare industry.

• Familiarity with risk management practices.

• Capability to gather and research data using standard tools and analytical methods.

• Proficiency in statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Matlab.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Familiarity with Tableau.

• Understanding of Business Intelligence.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities swiftly and meet deadlines.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in operating computer programs and software.

• Effective communication skills with audiences both in person and electronically.

• Capacity to make independent decisions.

• Ability to collaborate closely with peers in high-interruption environments.

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.

• Willingness to travel 81-100% within the US.
