Analista Técnico Salesforce, Sales & Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Assist the client in managing and implementing Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions.

• Collaborate with a team of technicians and analysts to execute Salesforce-based projects.

• Gather functional requirements.

• Prepare technical and functional project documentation.

• Configure Salesforce Sales, Service, and Cloud.

• Oversee the development process.

• Develop and implement the platform according to agreed specifications.

• Work closely with the technical team and business stakeholders to define project objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant work experience.

• Excellent command of the Italian language is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of the English language.

• Prior experience with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.

• Ability to independently gather functional requirements.

• Proficiency in preparing technical and functional project documentation autonomously.

• Capability to independently configure Salesforce Sales, Service, and Cloud.

• Skill in overseeing the development and implementation of the platform.

• Ability to effectively communicate with involved work teams and third-party clients.

• A VAT number is required for collaboration.
