Analista Planejamento Operações III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act both technically and strategically in the construction, governance, and quality of operational data.

• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring ingestion, transformation, availability, quality, and traceability.

• Model and structure operational databases, focusing on standardization, consistency, and scalability.

• Develop and enhance solutions in Databricks, including version control and organization of queries and scripts.

• Automate data flows using Power Automate and create operational support solutions with Power Apps.

• Define and document business rules, data dictionaries, and metadata.

• Monitor the integrity, compliance, and availability of data.

• Proactively identify and correct inconsistencies in information.

• Participate in structural data projects and governance initiatives.

• Define and apply standards, policies, and best practices for data governance.

• Conduct meetings and alignment sessions with stakeholders from Operations and other departments.

• Gather, validate, and approve business rules.

• Ensure the consistency and compliance of data shared among areas.

• Support the definition and validation of operational KPIs.

• Develop reports and dashboards in Power BI.

• Assist partner areas in interpreting data and utilizing the provided databases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.

• Proficiency in SQL, including relational modeling and complex queries.

• Knowledge of Python for data manipulation, automation, and pipeline construction.

• Experience with Databricks, notebooks, and handling large volumes of data.

• Familiarity with Power Automate for automating data flows and operational processes.

• Knowledge of Power Apps for developing operational support applications.

• Experience with Power BI, including dashboards, semantic modeling, and report publishing.

• Proficiency in Excel for data treatment, analysis, and report creation.

• Knowledge of code versioning tools.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools applied to data analysis and code development.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.

• Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Analytical mindset, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as an educator.

• At least 6 months since the last internal job movement.

• Not currently participating in another internal selection process.

• The manager must be notified of the application for the internal position.
